pic - Checking push buttons on PIC16F877 -


i began study pic assembly , have 1 issue pic16f877 related push buttons. firstly, show configuration:

i want check if sw04,sw05,sw06,sw06,sw11 pressed, guess rb7 responsible sw07 , sw11. cause problems, if check rb7, because in 1 function must check sw07 , sw11 buttons.

no, not going cause problems because when check rb7 @ moment of time know sure line caused signal: rb2 or rb1. if register rb7 , rb1 active one, means sw07 pressed, if rb2 active - sw11 pressed. assuming program moves logic '1' rb0 rb3 , every line has '1' @ moment whilst others zeros.
