visual studio - unable to find the report in the manifest resources. please build the project and try again -


i ask why have encountering error message?

i did not changed code on vs2002 program except changing build action of reports embedded resource none. should do? tried downloading merge modules , including on project, still error existed, there way solve this? clients want change reports out compiling made them non-embedded. using visual studio.net 2002 version dot net framework 1.1

any working solutions? searched web solutions this, no avail...
