amazon web services - How to delete a unconfirmed AWS SNS subscription -


i trying delete subscription sns topic (specifically email address) unconfirmed, aws console won't let me. let me delete subscriptions confirmed however. ideas?

i have seen email subscriptions hanging around indefinitely in pendingconfirmation state , mention, can't deleted using web console. also, after few days link in subscription confirmation email expires, can't click confirm subscription , delete either.

however, assuming still have access email address, can create new subscription in web console sns topic using same email address. doesn't result in separate subscription seems email address can subscribed once. however, send email new confirmation link can click confirm subscription. once it's confirmed, can delete subscription in sns web console.
