how identify smalltalk ide/implementation used seeing desktop application developed in smalltalk?

the icons , lines in shown widget point towards visualage smalltalk ibm, nowadays va smalltalk instantiations. program generated replacement window icon, cannot tell window, container icon tree displayed here makes me 100% sure visualage.

do happen have access runtime directory on windows computer? if so, there program called abt.exe or nodialog.exe? or better: there 1 or more of these subdirectories in runtime directory: \bin \nls \bmp? if so: va.
