do know if file standard file microsoft development environment strings resource file android apps? found android apps there tool translate resources in language. there equivalent these .locale file ? development environment come from?

chs.locale file path: c:\program files\aliwangwang\8.00.08c\languages

i found file chs.locale used if selected simplified chinese language, otherwise file cht.locale used if selected traditional chinese language.

i started translating file hands , have effect on resulting language of chat program hard work since file enormous , can not translated automatically. before post solutions try cause tried lot of tools without success.

while waiting started creating tool automatic translation of xml files. tool written in vb.net, loads file, let's choose language translate , to. parses xml file searching desired tags , translates strings desired language, recreates file , saves in same folder different name. working if words not translated. traditional chinese file translated english, ready replaced original file http://www.tr3ma.com/apps/translatortest/chs.locale consider used original file relative chat version 8.00.08c. if have different version of chat, or need translate .locale file of application, or if need translate xml file, need use tool retranslate file.

if xml file different can change tags search in 3 fields.
