maximo’s birt export data function not export rows

background (birt report designer 2.3.2 || maximo version 7.1.1.8

  1. i created birt report using maximo group template returns purchase order information including po_num, item_num, quantity, etc. – grouped po_num

  2. in case report returns purchase order number , list of of items on purchase order

  3. the report returns correctly in birt designer , in maximo.

  4. the ‘export report’ function works correctly within maximo returning each purchase order , list of of items each purchase order

  5. when use ‘export data’ function maximo export function returns first 2 items total list of items each purchase order. example po# 3526 has 6 items, ‘export data’ function returns 2 of six.
