eclipse - Unhandled event loop exception on a clean Java EE Kepler install on Windows -

quite few people in our dev team (size 20ish java devs) experiencing seemingly well-known "unhandled event loop exception" when click between editors , other panes within eclipse window. people have had success installing windowbuilder plugin , setting wb editor default editor java files, of still error regularly. doesn't seem memory related because can straight away after cold boot; i.e. doesn't "work while". think it's video-related, because similar video glitch symptoms have been reported others, e.g. tab names disappearing until hover on them etc.

our video card (most of think) amd radeon hd 6450 , we're running 64-bit windows 7. i've tried shutting down various processes sound related video card, no avail.

the error reproducible on brand new standard eclipse j2ee install.

i've searched lot on because affects our day-to-day work much, can't find solution. there i'm not doing workaround this?

here's eclipse config exported.

and requested, here's stack trace error log. i've pasted session data @ top of one. btw, system running core i7 3.4ghz cpu, , have 16gb ram.
