after installing language files woocommerce, site's permalink becomes non-english. have found product permalink base & product category base & product tag base & product attribute base in permalink setting page.

however, settings shopping cart & checkout page & my account?

if have installed woocommerce pages, in admin area go "pages" , pages want change permalink, there. think if change desired page slug, you'll answer. woocommerce works page id , changing slug makes no problem , changes url.
