javascript - Inserting a Nav Bar with Rollover effects -


for of have heard question already.

if go ahead , try make navigation bar first step. use photoshop "rollover" method? or hand code (so speak).

right have navigation bar ready export dreameaver cs5. cannot seem have "hover" effect to, well, hover. proceed publish entire site. navigation bar @ top of web page still cannot seem have sort of link animation happening. when go ahead , open new html document , throw header works fine blank html document. why specific index.html document not want "have" navigation bar or have work correctly.

i know i'm going terribly scorned lack of knowledge asking question.
