session - Wamp MyBB Forum Login failure -


i have mybb forum on website. trying make changes website. downloaded contents of website localhost/wamp/www website works fine. when try login mybb forum, redirected login page again despite of correct login.

can tell me whats going wrong?

after debugging, believe problem localhost sessions. appreciated much!

i understood session variables not getting stored, however, session files being created. solution wamp localhost sessions issue?

the problem cookie domain.

login forum admin. goto configuration --> settings --> general settings clear field: cookie domain

in case admin login fails or not able select configuration after login don't worry!

open file: /forum/inc/settings.php search $settings['cookiedomain'] , set field empty string.

now can login mybb in localhost!!
