eclipse - Hardware requirements for android SDK assuming no emulator -


i have old laptop running windows vista 2.6 ghz intel celeron , 2 gigs of ram. considering installing lubuntu or lightweight linux distro on use travel. able run android sdk/eclipse reasonably well? other threads find running emulator-i running apps on galaxy s4 or nexus 7, need eclipse run.

it should able run it, not fast. celeron line of processors had small internal cache , single core. eclipse big piece of software uses lot of ram , can disk intensive well. i've got older core2 duo 2ghz 4gb of ram , eclipse/adt can pretty sluggish @ times if have use machine. luck!
