flash - Can't see source code, converting PNG to SWF -


so i'm following tutorial , in part, "getting graphics there", guy/girl says to, , quote, "we’ll start consider best one, swf. make new directory in root of project folder called assets , save this nice picture of leek in there."

in linked webpage there no copy or save as... option when right-clicking, googled how copy swf websites , said view source code, , hitting ctrl + u on chrome. did , nothing. tried going on top right corner > tools > developer tools , gave me page html, in code, html getting image webpage link itself, so... help? ^^".

maybe i'm suposed save link/location image , flashdevelop there?

(i can't print screen because i'll white background doing when believe file leek only, no background.)

the problem can solved in way since getting particular leek not important, have image made in photoshop , use aswell, although it's png , not swf says in tutorial... :p

are there online png swf converters? how can done properly?

an swf file compiled adobe flash "movie." it's not image. flash movies can interactive, dynamic, static, etc., java applet. reason, there no way "convert" png file swf file. if had adobe flash, create swf yourself, chances not.

in case of leek, appears simple static image embedded in swf. reason didn't see "copy" or "save as" when right-clicking adobe flash player has own context menu. ctrl-u didn't work either because flash player traps keystrokes. if want save it, can use browser's file menu. easiest way. reason search results suggested viewing source when people want save swf files, taking them out of existing web pages. contrast, looking directly @ swf file - don't have try find url in web page's source because you're @ url.
