html - $_GET not return any value in php -

hi facing problem respect $_get in php . trying payment gateway integration ebs. problem not able read response url.

my code read response is:

$rr=$_get["dr"]; echo $rr; $dr = preg_replace("/\s/","+",$_get["dr"]); 

when try check value using echo command returns null. can 1 please me understand if need follow other process. , works in wamp server have uses php 5.4.12 code not working when hosting different server bought vendor. php version used there 5.3.

check weather request contains data or not using

var_dump($_request); 

and check using

var_dump($_get); var_dump($_post); 

if null in , data in post means have check form method post post default method sending data. change method. one:
