installer - How to simulate a "clean PC" for application D3DX redist installation testing? -


it's common problem developer pcs have d3dx redists , vc++ redists installed, end-user pcs may not. if have "clean pc" installation testing, moment install it's no longer clean.

specifically d3dx redists, there way remove redists app won't work unless it's installer installs required redist versions?

virtual machines. many vms have feature create save point of virtual harddisk can rollback changes disk since save point made.
