InstallShield 2012 not initialized after reinstall -


i've moved installshield2012spring installation old machine new one. i've followed instructions returning license, installing on new machine, , re-activating product. product reactivated successfully. ran product administrator first time instructed. however, when try build existing merge module project using visual studio 2008, (this worked fine on old computer), following error:

installshield has not been initialized. installshield must run @ least once user administrator or power user privileges.

i've run administrator, both right click , run admin , log in admin. please i've been researching issue month no success. thanks.

did contact product support team? had problems moving licenses new machines. sab-licenses bounded mac address , full versions maybe in way too. reactivations terminated success info didn't work. @ end flexera did "something" our licenses.
