how delete ruby on rails project computer, heroku, , github. know obvious, delete project file, delete github repo, , delete heroku app, there smaller steps need do. wanna make sure if happen make new project same name project deleted, there wouldnt conflict.

you might want delete database (the local version of it, on computer). that's other thing.
