html - Website shows background img only on ios even though there is none specified? -


i have problem responsive page, based on wordpress. on website , on ios emulator (on found ipadpeek mobilizer) page titles appear fine. on real iphone + ipad (in private mode) there background showing: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12178559/foto.png know standard setting on beginning (showed on desktop too) deactivated it. know background picture name (stripes.png) , removed them css files find it, still there on ios.

how can remove it? dont know problem anymore...

you should delete browser cache.

your ipad's cache temporary storage space on device viewed web pages held. cache allows safari load visited page without having reload entire page , images web server on subsequent visits.

cache: more referred webcache, cache webpages visit , of assets needed build webpages. caches pages you’ve visited before load more quickly.

do this:

  1. select 'safari' in settings app
  2. click 'clear cookies , data' (this contains cached pages)
