java - eclipse lost all my (android) projekts/ how to repair the workspace -


my pc crashed yesterday , eclipse projects gone since than. still in file system eclipse doesn't show them. made new workspace , imported projects. android support v7 disappeared form build path. didn't include project, project wizard did compatibility reasons. want fix problem , eclipse offered me chooses, "add project 'android-support-v7-appcompat' build path of 'my project'" or "add archive 'andoird-support-v7-appcompat.jar -path android-support-v7-appcompat\libs'" . should choose , why?
